Ans.:  All our Rand Rocket Jaguar & Jay 2 scissors are guaranteed for life against a manufacturing fault and should one occur we will replace your scissors free of charge. Simply send them to us to verify. Otherwise we offer a fully guaranteed repair service for scissors that need some tlc!

Ans.:  We offer a free of charge and guaranteed servicing and repair service for all our Jaguar / Jay 2 scissors. There is a charge of £15.00 per pair to cover postage/admin. Please send your scissors to our Head Office address (see 'Contact Us' page) and enclose payment; or 'phone us in advance to pay by credit card and then put your sissors in the post. It usually takes about 4 weeks (longer at Christmas and during the factory Summer shut down).
